Trim midi file
The trim midi file lets you chop the front and end of a midi file off, creating a smaller 'trimmed' midi file.
An example of the use of this function is if you have a 4 minute midi file, and want just 30 seconds in the middle of the file to use as your ringtone.
Some type 1 midi files, due to the way they are written and handle tracks and channels, may not be trimmed by this utility.
If you find you have a midi that is not working well following a 'trim', convert the midi from type 1 to type 0 to sort out the track and channel arrangements first and you should then find you can trim the files easily.
